Wayne Manufacturing began as a Tool and Die company and has expanded its capabilities over the years to be a reliable source for the customer for prototypes, tooling and assisting in product design. 3-D modeling is used to develop the right tooling for each application.

Wayne Manufacturing has in-house robotic welding, CNC machining and automated assembly equipment to help fill the needs of customers that often have to rely on more than one supplier. We are dedicated to working with the customer from start to finish in order, and filling the variety of manufacturing requirements needed to produce assemblies.

IATF 16949:2016 Certified

Wayne Manufacturing’s Quality Management System is proudly certified by NSF-ISR for IATF 16949:2016 standard. This scope includes conformance in metal stamping with robotic welding, machining and assembly capabilities.
